("Driventus", "we", "us") is a Chinese manufacturer of engine and powertrain components, based at No.88 Industry Road, Yuhuan Economic Development Zone, Taizhou, Zhejiang 317600, China. This privacy policy explains what data we collect from website visitors and how we use it.

2. What we collect

Inquiry data — when you submit our RFQ form, we receive the name, company, business email, phone, country, product category, target volume and any drawings or specifications you attach.
Server log data — standard web-server logs (IP address, browser user agent, referer, requested page) retained for 90 days for operational security.
Cookies — strictly-necessary cookies for the language switcher only. We do not use marketing or third-party tracking cookies on this site.

3. How we use it

To respond to your inquiry with pricing, lead time and sample availability.
To send a follow-up email if our reply does not reach you within 48 hours.
For internal capacity planning (anonymised aggregate counts only).

We do not sell, rent or share inquiry data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Where data is stored

Inquiry data is stored on our China-located CRM (Tencent Cloud, Shanghai). Backups are encrypted. Server logs are stored on the same infrastructure for the retention period stated above.

5. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

EU and UK residents have the right to access, correct, delete or port their personal data. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Data Request" and we will respond within 30 days.

6. NDA & commercial confidentiality

If you share product drawings, OE part numbers or commercial terms with us, we treat that material as confidential. We can sign a mutual NDA before any technical exchange — request it on the RFQ form or by email.

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the "last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be announced via our newsletter (if subscribed).
