Answers to the questions our international buyers ask before placing their first order — MOQ, lead time, shipping, payment, samples and after-sales.
MOQ varies by product family. For stock SKUs (pistons, gasket kits, water pumps) MOQ starts at 200 sets. For custom OEM/ODM programs the practical economic MOQ is typically 500-1,000 units. Smaller trial orders are often possible for new accounts — talk to your account manager.
We quote on an FOB Ningbo basis by default and tier pricing by volume. Larger orders unlock additional discounts. Sea freight, insurance and import duties can be added on CIF/DDP requests. All prices include standard export packaging unless private packaging is specified.
For new accounts: 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before shipment, or 100% irrevocable L/C at sight. For established accounts: open account terms (30-60 days) are negotiable based on order history. We also support Western Union and Alibaba Trade Assurance for sample orders.
Yes. Our tier-pricing structure rewards higher volumes. 20' containers, 40' containers and annual contract commitments each unlock progressively better unit pricing. Annual capacity-reservation agreements are available for OEM partners.
For stock SKUs, samples are free — you pay only the courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) which is typically USD 40-80 to Europe or North America. For custom OEM samples requiring tooling, sample costs depend on the tooling complexity and are credited against your first production order.
Stock SKUs: 3-7 days from order confirmation to courier handover. Custom prototypes: 14-21 days depending on geometry. Express courier transit adds 3-5 business days to most EU/US destinations.
Our factory holds IATF 16949:2016 (automotive), ISO 9001:2015 (quality), and ISO 14001:2015 (environmental) certifications. We also provide REACH, RoHS and CE compliance documentation where applicable. Test certificates are available with each shipment on request.
Absolutely. We host third-party inspections monthly — SGS, BV, TÜV, Intertek, and buyer-direct QA teams. Our quality engineers will accompany them, provide audit-ready documentation, and answer any questions on the floor.
Stock SKUs: 15 days production + shipping time. Custom OEM programs: 25-35 days for serial production after first-article approval. Peak-season (Aug-Oct) may add 5-10 days; we'll always confirm in writing before order acceptance.
Default: FOB Ningbo. We also ship from Shanghai, Qingdao and Tianjin when freight is more economic from those ports. Direct rail to Hamburg, Duisburg and Łódź is available for European buyers — about 18-22 day transit.
