Engineering Trust, One Shipment at a Time

Driventus has grown from a small machining workshop in 2008 in Yuhuan, Zhejiang into a vertically integrated manufacturer serving Tier-1 suppliers, distributors and repair chains across 60+ countries.

Our Story

17 years building the parts that keep engines running.

Founded in 2008 by mechanical engineer Zhang Wei, Driventus started as a 12-person workshop machining cylinder liners for a single domestic Chinese truck manufacturer. Today, we run a 28,000 m² facility in Taizhou, Zhejiang — within 1.5 hours of Ningbo Zhoushan Port — and ship engine and powertrain components to over 60 markets.

What hasn't changed is our obsession with one number: defect rate. Every component leaving our docks is traceable to its casting batch, machining cell and inspector. That discipline is why German distributors, US Tier-1 suppliers and Italian repair chains have stayed with us for over a decade.

  • Wholly-owned factory — not a trading agent
  • 22 mechanical engineers on staff (R&D + QC)
  • Annual capacity: 4.8 million precision components
  • Direct exports under our own & private-label brands

Mission & Values

Three principles we live by, every shift, every shipment.

Buyer-First Quality

We design our QC plan around what aftermarket and OEM buyers will actually test — bench tests, salt-spray, dimensional audits.

Predictable Lead Times

Capacity forecasting on a 90-day rolling plan keeps stock SKUs at 15 days and OEM programs to schedule.

Documented Compliance

REACH, RoHS, CE, and full FA1 documentation on every export. Audit-ready paperwork as standard.

Leadership

A message from our founder

"When we ship a piston to a buyer in Stuttgart or Detroit, that buyer's mechanic, their service manager, their customer — they're all betting on us. That responsibility shapes how we run every line, every inspection, every decision we make."

"We don't compete on the lowest price. We compete on the lowest total cost — fewer returns, fewer warranty claims, faster reorders. That's the deal we offer our international partners."
